The elected representatives of the association are appointed through a democratic process for a period of 2 years. The main task of the representatives is to serve as a facilitator for addressing issues related to the well-being of fellow alumni in Riyadh. Besides they provide opportunities for networking amongst the alumni through social gatherings by organizing events such as Sir Syed Day, Annual Iftar, Eid-Milan, sports week, lectures on scientific and religious topics, etc.
The association also tries to provide carrier guidance and counseling for the children of the Alumni who wish to continue their higher studies in India or abroad.
