The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently issued a Public Notice dated 14 January 2025 for NEET aspirants to update their Aadhaar photographs. This step aims to ensure seamless identity verification at the exam entrance gate and inside the examination hall. However, a significant concern arises for NRI students, including those appearing at the Riyadh exam centre, as NTA’s instructions lack specific guidelines for Non-Resident candidates. This is a challenge during the form-filling process, scheduled to begin in March as no Aadhar update centre is abroad. To address this critical issue, AMUOBA Riyadh has approached the CEO of UIDAI on January 17, 2025, requesting the digital solution for it This would ensure a hassle-free process for all aspirants. We are awaiting a response from UIDAI. Updates will be shared as soon as further information is available.
